Important Dates

Wednesday, March 7th, 10:30am - Organizing/Packaging Meeting ...bring auction items; packaging materials: cellophane, tissue paper, filler, baskets, ribbons; scissors and tape  ...also bring money for lunch - we'll order pizza

Monday, March 19th - Auction items DUE ...be sure to have baskets/items "ready to go", i.e. attractively packaged, along with corresponding bid sheets and completed donor forms

March 19th - 23rd - Any time available would be helpful as there are a lot of "last minute" jobs to do...please see Jennifer Traer

Thursday, March 22nd, beginning at 2:30pm - Auction set up 
Friday, March 23rd - Remaining set up /Auction begins

Friday, March 30th - PASTA DINNER/Auction ends  (all hands on deck...this is our big night!!)
        12:00pm - Room set up/decorating
